Today's VIS image shows part of Sacra Sulci, the complex northern flowing channel system that becomes Kasei Valles when it turns to flow eastward into Chryse Planitia. The image shows several types of features, including tectonic fractures, grooved surfaces, landslides and craters, as well as the main channel.
