Ascraeus Mons Flank

Today's VIS image shows the eastern upper flank of Ascraeus Mons. Lava flows and collapse features cover the flank of the volcano. Ascraeus Mons is the northernmost of the three large Tharsis volcanoes and is the tallest at 18km (11 miles) high.
