Hrad Vallis

Hrad Vallis, the channel seen in this THEMIS visible image, appears to be affecting the local wind patterns. This is seen in the formation of possible yardangs on the channel floor. To the north of the channel the surface appears eroded, with dunes and wind etching prevalent across the region. To the south of the channel there are features that appear to be flow boundaries.
